# Run and results

> Start a queue, handle failures, and find the files it wrote.

Starting a queue converts every waiting item and writes the files to your output folder. The queue keeps running if you leave the **Export** tab.

## Start a queue

**1. Choose the output folder and check Output**

Set **Output folder** in [Settings](/export/settings.md). Select an item and read **Output** in **Item properties**. If two items would write the same file, fix that first (see [Duplicate file names](#duplicate-file-names)).

**2. Click Start**

**Start** runs every **Pending** and **Failed** item in the queue, whatever you selected or filtered. Options lock until the run ends.

A queue in progress.

## Item statuses

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Pending** | Waiting. Every item is Pending again when you reopen Rageon. |
| **Running** | Sent to the current run. It may still be waiting for its turn. |
| **Exported** | The files were written. |
| **Failed** | The item hit an error. Select it to read the message. |
| **Already exists** | Usually means existing output files were reused. Check the output folder before relying on it; it does not guarantee the files are complete. |

Several items convert at once, so they can finish in a different order than the list.

## Stop a run

**Stop** cancels the run. Files already exported stay, and unfinished items go back to **Pending**.

> [!WARNING]
>
> Stopping is not an undo. The item being converted when you click **Stop** can leave an incomplete file. Check it or run it again.

## Fix failures

Select a **Failed** item to read its error.

![Failed item selected with its error message and the Retry failures button](https://mintcdn.com/rageon/SL02705KjqddBRzg/images/export/export-failure-details.webp?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=SL02705KjqddBRzg\&q=85\&s=288203cbf322f4be7e067e747fcdf757)

A failed item with its error and the Retry failures button.

Fix the cause, for example a moved source file, then click **Retry failures**. It runs only the failed items and redoes them even if an incomplete file was left behind. **Start** also runs failed items, plus anything still Pending.

Exported and Already exists items do not return to Pending on their own. To run one again, remove it and add it again, or reopen Rageon. **Files** set to **All** does not change that.

## Duplicate file names

Two items that would write the same file block **Start**. The affected items show **Duplicate output name** and a banner counts them.

![Two queue items flagged Duplicate output name with a banner above the list](https://mintcdn.com/rageon/SL02705KjqddBRzg/images/export/export-duplicate-name.webp?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=SL02705KjqddBRzg\&q=85\&s=5de0e58ed73ded12b3704361c2833c2c)

Two items that would write the same file, with Start blocked.

Remove one item from each pair. Output is flat: files do not keep their source folders, and names are compared without regard to letter case. What clashes depends on **Model output**:

* **GLB**: `prop_bench_01a.ydr` and `prop_bench_01a.yft` both write `prop_bench_01a.glb`, so they clash.
* **Original**: they keep their own extensions and can coexist.
* **Both**: both files are checked.

## Where the files land

Files go straight into the output folder.

| Item | Files |
| - | - |
| Model, **GLB** | `<name>.glb` |
| Model, **Original** | The game file with its original name and extension. |
| Model, **Both** | Both of the above. |
| Interior | `<name>_int.glb`, textures inside. |
| Raw file added from **Assets** | Copied with its original name and extension. |
| Textures, **PNG** or **DDS** | A `<name>_textures` folder next to the model. |

A `.rageon-exports` folder also appears. Rageon uses it to tell finished outputs from incomplete ones when **Files** is on **Missing**, so keep it if you want finished files reused.

Click **Open the folder in Explorer** in **Settings** to see the result.

## Limits and plans

**Start** and **Retry failures** need a plan with batch export. Without it, both are disabled and the queue shows **Your plan does not include batch export.** Creating queues, changing settings, and adding items still work.

![Start and Retry failures disabled with the message Your plan does not include batch export](https://mintcdn.com/rageon/SL02705KjqddBRzg/images/export/export-plan-blocked.webp?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=SL02705KjqddBRzg\&q=85\&s=ac124c67a4759a282cde075efaaa1053)

A plan without batch export.

Exports also count against a weekly quota. See [rageon.dev/pricing](https://rageon.dev/pricing) for what each plan includes. A run can still be refused after you click **Start**.

## Troubleshooting

> **Your plan does not include batch export.**
>
> Your plan cannot run queues. Check your account and [rageon.dev/pricing](https://rageon.dev/pricing).

> **Choose the output folder in Settings › Destination.**
>
> Set **Output folder**, then click **Start**. **Choose the output folder.** means the same.

> **Resolve the duplicate output names.**
>
> Remove one item from each pair, or change **Model output**. **Remove the items with identical output names before running.** means the same. See [Duplicate file names](#duplicate-file-names).

> **\{count} items write the same file in the output folder. Remove one from each pair to start.**
>
> The banner above the list. The number counts items, not pairs.

> **Duplicate output name**
>
> The item's output name matches another item's: **Output name is the same as another item's. Remove one of them.** Compare **Output** and remove one.

> **Add items to the queue.**
>
> The queue is empty. See [Add items](/export/add-items.md).

> **No pending items.**
>
> Every item is Exported or Already exists. Remove and add them again to run them once more.

> **Could not save the queues on this device.**
>
> Rageon could not store your queues for the next session. The queue on screen still works, but may be gone after you close Rageon.

> **The queue is running or was deleted.**
>
> Wait for the run to end, or pick or create another queue.

> **YTYP not found: \{name}**
>
> Rageon could not find the YTYP file of that interior. Prepare the index in the **Map** tab, then add it again.

> **No interior found. Open the map to prepare the index.**
>
> Open the **Map** tab, reopen the dialog, and check your search text.

> **No model found.**
>
> Clear the search, then check categories, sources, and **Limit**. Make sure your game folder is indexed ([First setup](/start/first-setup.md)).

> **No items found**
>
> The search or status filter hides every item. Click **Clear filters**.

> **The items are already in this queue.**
>
> Every sent path is already queued.

> **Select an item to add.**
>
> Select a supported model file, then send it again.

> **Sign in to your account to continue.**
>
> Sign in to your Rageon account, then run the queue again.

> **Your session predates the plan limits. Sign in to your account again.**
>
> Sign out, sign back in, and start the queue again.

> **Too many requests in a row to the server. Try again in \{key} s.**
>
> Wait the number of seconds shown, then try again.

> **Weekly export quota used up: \{used} of \{max} used. It renews on \{date}.**
>
> You reached your weekly export quota. It renews on the date shown. See [rageon.dev/pricing](https://rageon.dev/pricing).

> **Weekly export quota used up: \{used} of \{max} used. The request is larger than the weekly quota.**
>
> The queue is larger than the quota allows in a week. Run fewer items at a time, or check your plan at [rageon.dev/pricing](https://rageon.dev/pricing).

> **\{ok} ok · \{fail} failed**
>
> A run summary. Filter by **Failures**, fix the causes, and click **Retry failures**.
