# Add items

> Fill an export queue with models and interiors, from the Export tab or from Assets and Viewer.

Adding items to a queue does not start an export. Add them from the **Add items to the queue** dialog, or send them from the **Assets** and **Viewer** tabs.

## Add models

**1. Click Add items**

The dialog opens on **Assets** with every result checked.

![Add items to the queue dialog on the Assets tab with a list of checked models](https://mintcdn.com/rageon/SL02705KjqddBRzg/images/export/export-add-models.webp?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=SL02705KjqddBRzg\&q=85\&s=751a43469c38606544488d5d5071dc73)

The Add items to the queue dialog on the Assets tab.

**2. Search and filter**

Use **Search by name…**, **All categories**, **All sources**, and **Limit**. Each new search checks all of its results again.

**3. Uncheck what you do not want**

Clear single rows, or click **Uncheck all** and check only what you need. With nothing checked, that button becomes **Select all**.

**4. Click Add**

The button shows how many items are checked, for example **Add (12)**. The items appear as **Pending**.

* **Limit** caps how many results a search returns (default 200, range 1 to 500,000). It is not a plan limit. An empty field or 0 uses 500,000.
* **All sources**: **Original** is game files, **Mod** is mod files. Leave both unchecked for both.
* **Clear filters** resets categories and sources and keeps your search text and **Limit**.
* Only `.ydr`, `.yft`, and `.ydd` files are listed, so categories that hold other file types return nothing.
* Above 100 results the list previews the first 100, but **Add** takes every checked result.

If you see **No model found.**, relax the search, categories, or sources.

> [!TIP]
>
> A path already in the queue is not added twice. Two files with the same name in different folders are both added and can clash on output (see [Run and results](/export/run-and-results.md)).

## Add interiors

Interiors come from the map index.

**1. Switch to Interiors**

Click **Interiors**. The list shows interior names and archetypes, and **Search by name…** matches either. Category and source filters do not apply.

![Add items to the queue dialog on the Interiors tab with a list of interiors](https://mintcdn.com/rageon/SL02705KjqddBRzg/images/export/export-add-interiors.webp?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=SL02705KjqddBRzg\&q=85\&s=795b3c01bde1ef20deea67c8ed3c9733)

The dialog on the Interiors tab.

If you see **No interior found. Open the map to prepare the index.**, open the **Map** tab, then reopen the dialog.

**2. Check and add**

Click **Add**. Interiors from the same YTYP file share one queue item, so the checked count can exceed the number of items added.

An interior exports as a single `<name>_int.glb` with its textures inside. You cannot choose rooms or entity sets. If a YTYP file defines several MLOs, Export uses the first one. The model options in [Settings](/export/settings.md) do not apply.

## Send items from other tabs

* **Assets**: select files and use **Export** next to the search bar, or **Export** then **Add to queue** in the inspector.
* **Viewer**: use **Export** above the main view. It sends the asset's main file, not your scene dressing, and is unavailable for **Peds** and **Clothing**.

Pick a queue by name or choose **New queue**. You stay on the same tab, and running queues cannot be chosen. If every item is already queued, you see **The items are already in this queue.**
